How We Do Our Thing

At Marketing Balloon, we’re not ones to just “wing it” and hope for the best. Oh no. We like a proper process. The kind your nan would approve of. Because, truth be told, having a clear step-by-step way of doing things is exactly why our website development, software builds, social media, marketing, and graphic design projects don’t end in chaos and cups of cold tea.

It’s also why our clients tend to say rather nice things about us over on Trustpilot. But enough about that here’s how the magic actually happens.

1. The Project Outline Meeting (a proper chinwag)
First things first, we sit down (virtually or otherwise) and have a good old natter. We want to know everything. What you do, where you are, your vision, your goals, your ethos what makes your business tick.

We’re not here to churn out cookie-cutter websites or run bland marketing campaigns. We want to build something that feels like you. If it doesn’t reflect your brand identity, what’s the point? By the end of this, we aim to feel less like an agency and more like part of your team (minus stealing your biscuits).

2. Costing It All Up (no funny business)
Next, we go away, pop the kettle on, and work out the costs properly. You’ll get a clear, detailed estimate outlining exactly what’s what no mysterious line items or hidden surprises.

Then we talk it through together. Want to tweak things? Fine by us. Prefer to pay upfront or spread the cost? Also fine. We’re flexible, not frightening.

3. Deposit Time (nothing scary, promise)
Once we’ve agreed everything, we’ll send over an invoice for the deposit usually around 50%, sometimes less depending on the size of the project. This gets the wheels turning and the clever bits of our brains firing up.

4. Making You an “Official Client” (very fancy)
This is where things get exciting. We set you up in our system, create your project, break it into tasks, and assign our in-house “nerds” (said with great affection) to get cracking.

Whether it’s a sleek new website, a bit of custom software, eye-catching graphics, or a full-blown marketing strategy, everyone knows their role and gets to work.

5. Your Welcome Email (VIP vibes only)
You’ll receive a welcome email with access to your very own customer area. Here, you can track progress, contribute ideas, check updates, and generally keep an eye on things without having to chase us.

Transparency? We love it.

6. Project Completion (ta-da!)
We deliver the finished project, whether that’s your brand-new website, software system, social media campaign, or shiny new design work. We’ll walk you through it, make any final tweaks, and make sure everything’s spot on.

Then comes the all-important review stage because we genuinely care about getting it right.

7. Happily Ever After (with ongoing support)
If you’re happy (and you usually are just saying), we don’t just vanish into the mist. We offer ongoing services across marketing, social media, development, and design to keep everything running smoothly and growing nicely.
